In general, Arsene gives more/bigger hitboxes, more knockback values and longer hitbox active. Especially Fsmash, Usmash, Fair 2nd hit and Bair has huge disjointed hitboxes.

Roy uses pseudo interpolated hitbox but Chrom uses normal hitbox for some reason.
1st pic is F12.5 animation and never seen in actual match but its hitbox is interpolated to F13.
