Here's the next ProCreate experiment, Bluebirds' Delight. It's not in my normal style, & I developed my own shading brush for it. (It's loosely based on a painting I saw online.) I love to hear what you think. Do you think it's a good style for a picture book?

I thought it was looking muddled with the black lines, so I broke out the watercolors to do a quick job of giving it some color.

Here's my lonely mermaid from MerMay - I'd hoped to finish more but...somehow work got in the way.
I experimented with ProCreate Watercolor brushes for this one. It was a lot of fun to do.

My son had a good conversation with one of his friends. They did this photoshoot to help her express her feelings of growing up in a predominantly white community. I'm proud of both of them for talking about race relations. There are few more - let me know if I should post them.
