@esmeeresidae I have a deaf character, and I’m not deaf! Kasumi Sasayaki is Amai’s mother, but she lost her hearing as a result of an autoimmune disease. She runs an izakaya with her husband, Ryuchi (who is also Amai’s father).

Aside from commissioning another page in #SheIsComing, I’m also all booked to go back to Utah and see @evanescence live for the fifth time!

Started this one today.

It doesn’t burn me alive inside like Blue Period did, but it’s still a pretty good show. There’s themes of overcoming differences and embracing people as they are, like in A Silent Voice.

This will be my binge until I run out of episodes on Netflix.
