Oh, I forgot to mention... Marvel didn't exactly bite either. Although I did get a portfolio review with them at SDCC in 2016... But I mean, I'm the type of person that, as a publisher, hires on the spot, not... submit 15 pieces for free and 'we'll see.' Ya know?
