I had a bad break down. I'm ok now, have support, Foxy is there and helping. But I feel like a bruise. Little pokes causes me to break down again easily and I'm so drained. Just gotta be kind to myself, because it's so easy for me to feel guilty about this.

As a slightly happier thing. It's a small thing but I have an infinity necklace I asked Foxy to put on me. It's just a small reminder of love and stuff, something I can touch and tug on when I'm feeling anxious.
