Dawn of the Dragon has everything I want out of a video game: a great story, stellar soundtrack, stunning visuals, in-depth combat, a good bit of exploration, platforming, expands upon the ideas of the first two games, a balance of serious and lighthearted moments, I could go on.
They had no history together, and Sonic's personality just doesn't mesh with Elise's. Now just compare this to the superior princess's relationship with him in Sally Acorn:
1. They have a history together
2. Their personalities mesh, giving chemistry, and without sacrificing---
We might have had Roger for 10 years, but I think it'll be even bigger of a moment when Mike Pollock leaves, which hopefully isn't for awhile.
I feel people's fondness of his role as Eggman changed once the direction the series took as well, but let's be real, he's versatile.
