Whisper (she/her) is Mipp’s excitable and cheerful friend/friendly rival.
Just like Mipp, she wields a cosmic weapon; the Cosmic Gauntlets. They are very powerful and very heavy.
The Cosmic Gauntlets have a move set similar to the Cosmic Baton and then some!
Fun Fact #21: Fjora is recognized as sort of a legend where she’s from. Known as the ‘Godess of Borealis,’ she is rumored (and proven) to create and control the phenomenon-
She is also known for another mysterious form called her ‘Sub-zero’ which is to scare kids who misbehave-

Hopper (he/him) is the retired penguin partner of a captain and his daughter.
He wears his late partner's old coat and hat and is grumpy most of the time, but warms up to the cast's youth.
Probably has something to do with his past with the captain's daughter, wouldn't you say?
