@rad_acs This is Nandin, from my dark fantasy project, where some people are born with stigmata of the so-called "Plague" (in his case - spikes). He's a sweet boy from a difficult, politically engaged family of overachievers. Nandin is a member of Veres Vagter, the Queen's special unit.
