I havent been painting hardly at all this year but I doodled this.
First drawing of the year, doodling while taking a break from writing my trilogy.
This year has easily been the worst in my life. I was abandoned and betrayed by the person I loved most in this world. How someone can be so sick and full of self hatred to treat someone who loves them so harshly will always be beyond me. From here on, Mightous is now a lion.
Even though my writing has been taking up my energy from doing painting this year, I feel like I'm subtly improving with my landscapes. I'll see where I can take this sketch.
When you reach for your favourite chocolate chip cookie but it's actually raison.
Though its happening slowly I feel that my ability to do environments is improving. I think my brushwork is also getting better.
