The fins I chose for Mikan are based of a #seaangel. Sea slugs are known to be able to regenerate any lost limbs, even when their head is separate from their body. Also the slow nature of slugs would fit her well.

The fins I chose for Mukuro are based of an electric eel. A hunter of the ocean, lurking in the shadows, attacking quick. The marks are based of lighting bolds, to emphasize on the electric-part.
