Fenrir, a monstrous wolf of Norse mythology, was the son of the demoniac god Loki & a giantess, Angerboda. Fearing Fenrir’s strength the gods bound him w/ a magical chain and gagged him w/ a sword, the spell breaking only on Ragnarök (Doomsday), releasing him. #FolkloreThursday
