For this piece i used mainly watercolors but also touched it up digitally. I really like doing this, I think it ads a lot to the overall piece

The first drawing came up in my memories from 12 years ago so I thought it’d be fun to do a little side by side with what I painted today. When I feel discouraged, I try to think about what 15 year old Momo would think of me now. I think she’d be happy.

Honestly I love this painting. I loved working on it and I love how I painted her skin. I think all that gouache and acrylic work actually helped my watercolor skills too!
