In short, the werewolf thing you saw with Loki's hands, is a reference to Fenrir (Loki's giant wolf son in myth).
I decided to give them this and the scales on their neck when they get, more frustrated in a fight. To kinda biologically link Loki to their two sons closer
been reading some literature recently.
