Forgot to post this. This was another idea for xc3 i drew back in early January (I think?) of a potential redesign for lao. I based it heavily off of his final boss appearance in Xcx as well as the general look of the red testament from Xenosaga 3. https://t.co/esZYoCywm9

-Body and were significantly stronger than normal fog enemies, these were basically the equivalent to UMs from previous games
level 3 fog beasts: Never got to doing this one, but imagine them looking a mix between Gnosis from xenosaga and eva angels, these were the main bosses

So considering its basically pointless to work on it now, here's some old scraps from a Xenoblade 3 imagining project I did WAAYYYYYYY back in November for potential fog beast designs.
