In a couple of days, Toho is launching a "Bad Chibi Godzilla" line in Japan. This will start with a children's book and will likely expand to merch. Great news for everyone!

(Except for us folk who were wishing for a "Godzilland" resurrection... so I made this symbolic pic...)

If I could reboot Jet Jaguar, I’d give him supersonic flying speed (ya know, like a Jet) and that would even explain his bullet-shaped head. I’d make it that his growth powers (and maybe even his sentience) were a gift from Mothra (sort of a blue fairy/Pinocchio thing).

Now THIS is awesome. A new manga where Hiroshi Kawamoto returns to illustrate... and he pits his Godzilla (from his ‘92-‘93 series) against Shin Godzilla! At first they butt heads... but eventually they get along.
