You can't pour from an empty cup. Be sure to tend to your own needs as much as others. You'll be in a better headspace to do so and will less the risk of burning out. And above all else, you deserve to be kind to yourself.

Even after we leave education, we learn new things about people, life and ourselves. We can ALSO unlearn unhealthy habits, prejudiced preconceptions and unhelpful thought processes. I like to think we’ve learned and unlearned a lot after last week. Now to keep going! 💪🐦

Anger gets shit done.
I thought I truly knew about racism. I thought I was already a good ally. I wasn’t racist. That was enough, right? But this past week has opened my eyes to how I can do and be better. Now it’s up to me to continue to learn.

Holy crap this one is so pink 💖🐦 Had to rep my favourite flavour of crisps! I might actually die without prawn cocktail, probably. Let’s not test the theory.
