@any3chka back in the present, chaos uses all the chaos emeralds to become this kaiju thing called perfect chaos, super sonic fights him, and chaos is neutralized, seeing that there are still chao alive and ascends with tikal into... i guess the afterlife...?

these are the chaos emeralds, they're a set of 7 magic gems that are basically dragon balls
once sonic gets all 7 he can turn into super sonic, which is basically sonic but yellow and he's also invincible
