I think I actually just solved my empty vector problem for an experiment. I’m in such a state of disbelief, that I’ve made both @Hashtag_Read and @ZoeDubrow look at my graph and tell me if it looks “real”.

I’m just too used to bad results, I guess.

Made it through the road trip! Got pretty used to driving on the left if I do say so myself. Every single sheep in the road made me laugh though.

New rule: if we've cleared the same thing before, it's fine to use it with other things.

Well my final push to get quality RNA before I leave on this next trip resulted in too little RNA to do anything with.

Forgot to tweet about it, but I went to a talk by @jongsanders at the #Cornell #Symbiosis group on Friday and was in awe of his slide design. Seriously, a great presentation can be made that much better with beautiful slides... and his #microbiome work is very cool!
