Alt is a small color change on Loki cuz I cant make up my damn mind!

It's the leading cause to why he is able to swap from an inkling form to an octoling form involuntary. His unstable DNA is also why his ink color is half and half...

He has this trait because his ability is that when he gathers the DNA (a few possible ways) of others his body absorbs and adapts it. He gains their strengths, but such ability and power adds to his instability.

Loki then becomes impressed/infatuated with the target if they are able to prove themselves of equal or greater strength. Usually resulting in becoming his "boyfriend". (Not a part of Dios plan but he can't fix this behavior at the moment)
