We have just deployed the following micropatch to TFT for Talon. Enjoy!

Spell AD Bonus: 200/225/250% >>> 200/200/250%
Fixed bug where Talon could target himself with his spell
Fixed bug where Talon could target untargetable enemies with his spell (ex: Sett doing situps)

It's early in 10.23, but here's some 1st place comps from high level players across the globe so far. Hope you have a good Patch :)

Update to the patch - We accidentally shipped the following change as well:

Morgana Spell Dmg: 250/400/2000 >>> 325/525/2000

This was not intended and due to an error, but we're going to leave it for now. Will keep an eye on things and undo via B-Patch next week if necessary.

To make expectations super clear. There is not going to be a hotfix this week.

We're going to monitor how the weekend goes, see if the meta shifts and counters develop. If it doesn't, we'll B-Patch next week. But really want to give players time to adapt and find the counters.
