The watercolor test I made before starting the final version of the city background of MaQna. The final version was too big, this sketch version was too small
The composition of this one matched the US Playstation box layout better.
I'm not sure I "separated" Sofia enough from the background, I hope she doesn't look like she's a giant or hovering over the landscape. I'm not used to this kind of composition.
The first box art I did for MaQna, before I decided it was not dynamic enough and made the other one (which I posted previously).
I tried to do this one quickly, something I haven't been doing a lot lately
Hey #PortfolioDay
I'm an illustrator and concept artist and I work with watercolors and digital art.
I would love to make more character and environmental design or concept art for video games, so send me a message if you're interested!

The process is the same as my inn background :
- sketch on Clip Studio Paint
- print and inking on watercolor paper with a light box, using a saji pen (I don't use it much usually) and water resistant indian ink
- watercolors
- scan and edit with Photoshop
