@jnygjhrmjmvjk3 The most recent example of these caricatures that I've seen can be found in the My Hero Academia movie (one of the throwaway villains in the first chase scene), as well as "Chocoluv" from Shaman King, whose design looked like this (but was thankfully recently updated)

Their official art from way back when even looks Jojo-esque lol, or maybe it's just the powerful pose energy of a Long Person

The art team involves Art Director @0jenzee0 who's behind most of the 2D and concept art, @artpaiges the 3D character artist who did the 3D rigs of in-game characters, and environment artist @_joannetran who did the BGs! FOLLOW THEM!!! They're awesome.

Here's more of the Theseus concepts! You might recognise one of them as his in-house portrait. You can also see his arm is wrapped in the Yarn of Ariadne. But there's also an iteration of the Yarn being a sentient companion and the labyrinth tattooed on his arm.
