It was a joy to draw so many nice character moments and get to know the party a bit better!
Last night's @tales_adventure was a really fun time, with a bit of downtime between adventures. If it was taking the new campaign time to find its feet, it's done it and you're absolutely missing out if you aren't tuning in 💖
The Eight of Swords is somewhere between intrusive thoughts and martyrdom. When I read about how the symbolism of this card is all about how easy it is for the subject to escape their circumstances and they choose not to, well. I thought fuck that patronising bullshit, frankly.
Today has been a Bad Brain Day but I managed to knock out this random little practice thing. Trying out some more painterly stuff and different tools as a break from the very fixed style of the tarot deck
Hey #portfolioday, I'm Graham/Mr G Johnson (he/him), and I draw brightly coloured comics and queer stuff. I live illustrate a fortnightly D&D show, and always interested in more of that. Available for freelance work and commissions.

And with this, the Cups are finished! Next up is Swords, which is approx 90% mental health stuffs as far as I can tell so very on brand
Having spent a long time helping others identify their access and wellbeing needs, I finally took the time to get to grips with what mine are. Here's how to get the most out of your Graham Johnson, in black and Mr G Johnson pink.
Next tarot card! We've got our first drag queen (of four) and it's the queen of cups. It's weird to nearly be done with the Cups! I need to think of a colour scheme for Swords.
The Knight of Cups! Sticking with fish for a bit it seems. Thanks @drlawson for volunteering for this one.
