Apparently it's #DinosaurDay today - a great excuse to post a few dinos from the second round of illustrations I did for @NHM_London last year.

With @Warcraft's #Dragonflight announcement I figured it'd be a good time to repost the design work for Alexstrasza in @BlizzHeroes - I really loved tackling this update!

@OlgaDrebas I think the obviously traditional and sometimes sketch or unfinished look helped the vibe a lot; this Griffon from I believe @TheHairyCanary was a piece that really stuck in my mind from back then

Painted up @albabbgg's lovely blue elf lady for her 120k #dtiys challenge; she was very calming to paint.

ALSO, not sure what I was thinking when I assumed that working on the skeletons would be LESS complicated than the live versions...

There are some things that I'd change looking back at them but overall still pretty happy with the way they turned out.
