After reaching my deadlines I somehow got a 5-day weekend and ended up spending almost all of it reading the entirety of Medaka Box, so I needed to get this out of my system.

The series has a lot of good characters but Youka Naze is easily my favourite.

(WIP) Thought I'd give a little preview of a much bigger image I'm working on. Lineart and flat colours are down for two of the characters so far, I'll go in and add detail when the I've reached this stage for the whole piece.

Also both theories put forward that the woman in the middle is a younger Bakkin from her time on the Rocks pirate crew and that would be cool foreshadowing. The only real evidence though seems to be her anime colour scheme but I dig it regardless.

This is the second time I've seen this #OnePiece theory (so I've posted links to both posts) but it posits that Yamato's mother is actually Gloriosa from Amazon Lily and, y'know what, I am all for that.

I only just realised that the new girl in Kingdom Hearts IV isn't new at all. It's Strelitzia, Laurium (Marluxia)'s younger sister.

Shanks' actor for One Piece is Peter Gadiot. He's been in Yellowjacket, Fresh Meat and Supergirl.
