No more waiting, no more expecting, and no more fantasizing of a day that will never come to be.
No one. And that is the truth about my life.
In a lonely tower, a princess holds on to the love she has, thinking of someone who never exists and will never return it.
So she decides to be her own prince.
That she may love herself the way she wants to be loved.
But who am I even kidding?
I already accepted the fact that it doesn't happen to someone like me. That the only time it does happen to me is when I do it for myself.
Because who better to do it than me? Who will do it without thinking its a requirement or an exchange, but me?
I grew up in a house where an exchange is something expected once you do something for someone.
And I hated it. I do the things I do because I want to. Not because I want the person I'm doing things to or gifting or helping...to return it someday.
Today I didn't play any of my games. Instead I actually watched anime and drew a lot.
But I still have work so I had to stop and tried to sleep.
I woke up. Now I'm trying to sleep again.
