While these are pretty much set...there's the 10th titanic captian we are completely unaware off. Many have posed a case for Aokiji but that's highly unlikely imo...but who ever it is and there power will depend on the final Strawhat. I hope by end of wano we know both players.

Not only the fact that Franky is Battle Franky 37 as in his own battleship model. The General should be classified as battleship 38 by proxy. San juan being a battleship equivalent should be the biggest challenge for Franky!
