42. Maddie being a university professor was not always the case. She was originally conceived as only fitness instructor, but the prospects of a fitness doctor seemed too good to pass up!
43. She graduated with her doctorate in Exercise Science and a minor in psychology at 22
26. All three actors’ names were no coincidence. As Morris played Hibiki in “How Heavy are the Dumbbells You Lift?”; a character who helped inspire Maddie.
27. For both Cook and Baron, both have played Tifa Lockhart in the 2000s games and the Remake respectfully.
10. From the very beginning, Maddie was set up to be 188cm tall, or 6’ 2”. Wanted to give her that tall and strong feel!
11. This would be the final art piece to depict Maddie with her jacket. May it rest in piece in her closet. Might bring it back later…?
8. Her catchphrase “BRING IT!!” was created to give her the motivating and “can-do” attitude! Someone who takes on any challenge and gives her all!

6. After some design changes, Zac tried for his next commission of Maddie, drawn by @MattoonVArtist, with Maddie’s jacket at her waist.
7. With this change made, Zac grew fond of her more open arms simple design. And this the modern design would be born!
3. Maddie was originally going to have blue eyes, but the green was more striking and easy to notice.
4. Her ponytail coming out of the cap is based on Hilda from Pokémon!
5. Her orange color was chosen to play off the blue of Doctor Menace, Zac’s first OC.
1.Maddie was originally created to play opposite to another OC made by @DoctorMenace! However, as more detail was added, Zac realized that Maddie would work great as her own protagonist; rather than playing second fiddle!
