When I create a story, even as a concept, I go straight to the characters and come up of a world and setting that works best for them.

I tried the whole lineless painted style on one of my favorite Vortex characters, Melissa, just as a bit of practice.

Other than her hair blending into the background a bit too much, I think I'm starting to get a little better with this style.
