It's with a heavy-heart I bid farewell & God-speed to the legendary Tim Sale.

From Batman: The Long Halloween to Daredevil: Yellow it practically goes without saying that the style and energy of Mr. Sale's work went beyond influential in the world of comics.

In lieu of the recent #KulaDiamond trailer/announcement, I feel it's only appropriate to re-post this piece I did of the cold cutie.

This is perhaps one of my more favorite fan art works, as the flow with this was incredibly fast, and immensely fun.

17 years after release, and I'm still amazed at the quality of the original game. From the gorgeous animation, to the awesome music, to the incredibly addictive game play, Shantae has maintained its status a personal favorite of mine.
