Yeah I really don't know how to draw the "scales". Using a custom brush just looks bad. hmm.

@WusdisWusdat This probably ended up a bit too close to the source image, but using the original image helped me pin down stuff like, folds, how capes work, etc, as well as prevent accidental leaning.
