This one's a tie between Sabrina from Pokémon(I used her best look here) and Giselle from Stella Glow. Both are obvious when you watch the anime for Sabrina(also she's an actress in b2w2), and Giselle for spoiler reasons.

its a great game(tho im really not satisfied with the lack of masculine and neutral options)
