Always thought Rotors shoes were like a turquoise-y color but they're actually supposed to be black? (the shoes are the bottom for his suit which is black) Unless it changes color while transforming but the wiki says theyre black too

Thought while I was here I'd also update my poliwraths ref sheet since he went through a design change. The reason for the change being he didnt look wrathy enough, his old design reminded me more of a poliwhirl. Maybe ill use that for a younger design
