Meet Arett "Viper" Greene. Known to be the "Last Green Beret", he was former Special Forces and then a hunter that trophy-killed mythical beings for the fun of it. He was the only human that posed a threat to Rythe.

He was killed by Rythe in an avalanche in the Himalayas.

In Phoenixium, armor symbolizes high rank as phoenixes are immortal unless struck by a cryo weapon. They cannot be killed by regular weapons like normal brass bullets or steel swords. Only cryo-infused weapons can and those won't be invented by the Cynese in 60 million years ago.

The Furry Fandom itself does exist in my universe. However, the fandom of the 24th century is much more different. After the Beastcon Scare of 2014, the fandom became more organized and have their own security corps that can use old military equipment to protect their conventions
