Day 1: Favorite game

Dragon Quest VII is my favorite game in the series thanks to its uniquely somber atmosphere, amazing cast of characters, and a theme that hits close to home. I felt emotion through this game, and I love it dearly

I think something I forgot is how Linne isn't as radically unemotional as I sometimes draw her. That whole thing came from this one doodle I did months back, funnily enough. In reality, she's pretty expressive, I just gotta learn how to draw good faces that look alive-ish.

Done, and by golly gee SHADING?!! It's not amazing but I'm making a conscious effort to shade

Piccrew is great for outfit experimentation. Even Linne's casual wear is pretty formal, I think. And Leanne just screams leather jacket to me. Opposites, as it were

Old Puyo references give me life so seeing Sun Satan and ~n Doppleganger Arle is very nice
