Technically this is the first comic I made in the entirety of my stay at the Good Level server, I just left it until now because I was waiting for Roahm to get to the Pagoda itself.

So, ok, I said I would say a story about this one today.
Much like Idol, Ghosty is playable on Good Level 3 (I made their custom costumes myself), and there's kind of a funny thing about this is that as I stated before, I really only planned to make 1.
By the way, Idol and Ghosty are playable in #MaGMML3, I had to make them myself at the request of a friend.
I won't post the sample pictures on THIS account just to not spoil another a whole lot, but I can share her art for it.

And finally, her original render and screen mock-up that went alongside her introduction.
Honestly I'm astounded that I got 2nd place twice and _two_ of my robots were given the chance to appear in the final game, I'm thankful for your support.

Honestly, I'm surprised she wound up as popular as she is, its a tale for later but generally people kept requesting me do more with her in general.
I have to thank the devs for the sheer polish she got in-game.

So a lot of Ghosty's characterization is made to be helpful, friendly, if mischevious. Not downright dangerous or meanspirited.
If you find her haunting the halls of Good Level 3, she'll jump at ya, but will geninuely cheer for you on the trials ahead.

My general take is that making a "Ghost" robot master tends to be done with the idea of making them edgy or horror by default, I wanted to go a different direction.
Youkai aren't inherently evil, some are even helpful! So I wanted to make a cute take on the Yuki-Onna.

While Idol was inspired by a friend's love for Japanese Idol culture (even though I write her more as a metalhead), Ghosty was inspired by my love for Yo-Kai Watch and Japanese mythology as a whole (ohi Okami).
As a result, Ghosty isn't made to be _scary._
Alongside Idol Woman, I also made a 2nd robot for #MaGMML3, Ghost Woman! (Ghosty for friends).
Let me introduce you to my little not-quite-an-actual-ghost of a gal on this little thread of sketches.
