FAST: Focused Assessment with Sonography in #Trauma - looks for fluid (presumed blood) in Pericardial, Perihepatic, Perisplenic & Pelvic areas.
Extended-FAST additionally looks at anterior & lateral chest areas for pneumothorax & pleural effusion (hemothorax).

More precisely, can venous congestion itself somehow do that?
If primarily baroreceptor mediated, is there a bedside tool or parameter to assess/predict ADH stimulation?
