I’ve always been very torn on Nergigante. On the one hand, its place in the “story” of Worldborne is miserable and stupid and ruins much of what could otherwise be an interesting ecological niche. It also becomes a complete pushover with the slightest bit of game knowledge.

Despite my love for snake designs, what unholy demon is whispering in the MH art team's ear, telling them to give these monsters saber fangs instead of the iconic folding fangs? It's one of the coolest adaptations ever, yet I don't think we've got a SINGLE example of it in MH.

Went back to World to learn LS, and Odogaron is way the fuck better than I remember. The fight is super fast paced, and a tempered Odo is dangerous when not wearing Fatalis gear. The bleed applies extra pressure, and getting a full combo off on him is next to impossible.
