Evangelion Anima's first English-language volume will be released in ebook form this Thursday! Preview pages are now available on some services, with Kobo offering the biggest chunk. The print edition hits stores October 29th. https://t.co/mlhGQ7Ec65
I know we can't rely on what we saw in "Until You Come to Me" being in the film, but I really want to see the pilots in the ruins, wandering amongst the giant corpses. Or at least their journey out of the area affected by the L-Barrier.
Also, it looks like I inadvertently contributed to this video, as I'm certain that's my scan of Katsuragi Man (an Ultraman pastiche) from the Detective Eva game booklet at 22:56. The full scans are here, though I should really redo them in better quality: https://t.co/iglukVW6BO
God, I remember being younger than the pilots when I first watched this show. Now I'm older than Ritsuko.
It probably won't be necessary, but with Eva hitting Netflix tomorrow I just want to make a request. Please don't directly share any new viewers' lame hot takes with me - though it's often fun to roll your eyes at that kinda thing, I'd rather just avoid it as best I can. Thanks!
Metal Build Eva-02 is as beautiful and stylish as I imagined, even better than 01. The colors really work w/ the metal parts. Love that it's based on the TV design (yet we still get the Thunder Spear 👍) and that it includes the needle gun shoulder parts. https://t.co/pwgnbIs7WS
It's #JurassicJune and Eva hits Netflix next week, so here's "Death and De-Extinction" and "You Are (Not) Extinct". Made last year using the JW photo embellishing site, for my (currently stalled) comedic crossover project, "Neon Jurassic Evangelion".
"Weisser Maskierter Kopf" (1981-82) by Rainer Kreister. Hey, this is a Dolem! Oh wait, I suppose it's also a bit like Turel, the unused Angel design.
Tie-in goods for Universal Studios' GvE 4D ride (running May 31st-Aug 25th) include a mug, cookies and KIRYU-01 POPCORN BUCKET! https://t.co/w39ccvcFja
My decision to leave two days before this ride opens is really starting to feel foolish. It's saving me like $800 but maaaan...
