@KristinaDraws Thank you! I finally have some new work to share ☺️ I'm Rengin, a fantasy & YA artist working on my illustrated project called Netherrealms, a story about a young woman caught between Life, Death, Dreams and Time.

Nergui saw a robed figure standing almost as still as a statue, so tall and slim, it was as if his body had been stretched. "Another one." Dane tried to shift his tone into something more positive. "Think it'll be as benevolent as the last?"
One of the most exciting things to me about starting Netherrealms again is that I'll be able to revisit some scenes I sketched out years ago and tackle them again with my current skills. I can't wait to repaint these moments between Nergui and her friends & fam!
@joby_dorr Thanks Joby! Here's some of my work :) Got some new stuff to show soon, excited about that!

@Weary_canary Thank you! Here's my Spell series :)
2019-2020: And here we are in present day. 2003-me could have never imagined I would be making this kind of work someday. I wonder what I'll be looking back at in 17 more years.
What does your oldest + newest art look like?
2015 - 2018: A gift for a middle/high school friend, more studies and a two month sabbatical in 2016 to nail down a story for Netherrealms and start producing concept art for it!
2011 - 2014: My first CHOW on conceptart/.org! Not a whole lot of work in this period b/c I just started working and I was too tired to draw in the evenings usually.
2007 - 2010: I discovered painting light on top of a bg is a lot more fun and cohesive. Big fan of Mirror's Edge even though I couldn't play the game for more than 30 min without feeling nauseous. Underworld concept for a Unreal lvl in college.
My art in 17 years, a thread! I always think it's fun to see people's improvement over the years, so I've made a little compilation of my own!
2003 - 2006: Pixelated discoball moon (thanks @fabsno_), Kurt infatuation and Drow! Oh, and I discovered the smudge tool.
