Sad to hear of the passing of inker Juan Vlasco. He inked most of New Warriors vol. 4, a number of issues of Nova vol. 5, and many other comics for Marvel frequently over Paco Medina's pencils. Our deepest sympathies and condolences to his wife, family and friends.

Another favorite panel is this moment of Namor lifting up a Roxxon executive. I love his little ankle wings flapping.

What's that? Oh just @Koblish killing it on the X-Men '92 Infinite Comic from 2015.

One of the most touching and satisfying endings in superhero comics I've read in some time. The whole series made these 2 moments pay off big. Thank you @GerryDuggan @david_baldeon @pallot @davcuriel @nick_lowe_ and the whole Nova team! (Yes I'm 4 years behind.)

2 weeks later on Oct. 18, 1994, Kaine made his 1st full appearance in Spider-Man #53 by Howard Mackie, Tom Lyle, @inkerscott1, Kevin Tinsley, @RichStarkings & @Comicraft!

Years later he took the name Kaine Parker and the superhero name Scarlet Spider. #NewWarriors
