@BoiChocco Thanks! It's meant to replicate this glowing effect when he uses full cowl. For whatever reason, the anime only highlights his veins while in the manga, the effect covers his whole body. As a matter of fact, the person I qrt'd @stankobeni showed me how to pull this off!
