"Redesign" might not be the right word, this is more kind of a "paint-over", I use the original portrait sprites and use it as a base.
Some like Marlon are quite different from the original one, but Lewis is quite similar to it.
So, more like paint-over - reinterpretation(?)

Just like some 90s games, this Sherlock game have a weird copy protection system, a bit similar to the wheel in Monkey Island.
It's always super fun to make these type of small monochrome symbols.
