@RhyanJill Many latinos, myself included, tend to have naturally oily hair. I also thrash a lot in my sleep, so that doesn't help, though the sulfur that composes the cysteine proteins in my hair makes it wavy, so combining all that, I look like I'm in Super-Saiyan mode after waking up.

@RhyanJill I miss my own long, luxurious locks, even though they're an unruly, wavy mess. Even when cut short, I need to put clay in mine to flatten it anyway because by the mere act of waking up I end up with crazy shounen protagonist hair. I blame the Celt-Iberian DNA from northern Spain.

For yesterday's #oc_tober2021 "Shy OC," prompt, I drew Sumire. I had very little written down about her, so I largely had to compose this character design as I went along. It's kind of meh, but I'm already trying to catch up.

Today's (yesterday's?) prompt was "Sassy OC," so I drew my flippant, l0li foxgirl miko, Sachiō, though "sassy" is a bit of an understatement. She's smug, arrogant, highly-competitive, brash, quick-tempered, and violent.

@22Ponczos Indeed. It's easy to dismiss Taiga as another Shana-clone, bitchy tsundere, which isn't exactly wrong, but she's very well-written to the point where all of her actions make perfect sense. Beneath all that is a sweet, supportive girl who's just scared to love. Hence her high spot
