Like... these 8 aren't even all the playable fat characters that Val's finished coloring, I can just only fit four images per tweet. My mind breaks every day I work on this book because I've just... never seen so many characters that look like me and my friends in anything before

Like a lot of saturday cartoons with ensemble casts, YB&B opens with a fairly tight focus on a newcomer to its magical world — Gertrude — and her peers (namely Hey Kid), before elaborating on the adult characters' lives as the story irises outwards.

Some things players did during Wickedness playtesting:

• Hatched a giant egg into a turtle dragon
• Ate a forest god and, later, lived in the woods for 1,000 years as atonement for eating a forest god
• Married a clock, had a half-clock baby, divorced the clock

Something to understand about this campaign, #Alluvia, is that it's not in a traditional European swords and sorcery setting, but more of an ahistorical pan-Americana folk tale? With wizardly Paul Bunyans and fairy cowboys and revolutionary war ghosts and cryptids and UFOs.

I looked around the internet, and I didn't see any resources for cis people on how to include and protect trans and nonbinary players in TTRPGs.
