After a TON of tech difficulties I finished the Halloween drawing!!! It's a lil rushed/experimental so the colours are kinda weird.

I took inspiration from prev art by NoodleKatt and Teddie!

This character isn't new. They made their debut... elsewhere... on Nov 28, 2019. The only picture of them is in colour.
