I got inspired by the Cleaner-Aesthetics Github page. Where people are trying to enhance textures used in Mario 64.
So for fun i'm trying to remake some of the paintings.

Kinda messed up on this one because i did the final touches in 720x480 resolution lol.
One of my most recent paintings as a practice based on the episode The Wheel Thing. Tried to change the artstyle a bit to reflect the SMBSS but didn't really turn out that great haha.
Here is sort of a wallpaper attempt i made for a good friend based on the Mario anime movie. Really took the time on this one i even made a background which i usually skip.

Especially the backgrounds always loved these as a kid.
btw i used one of your backgrounds for a friend.
I wanted to include the characters on the background.
So i traced the dvd and improvise a bit on the tiny details.
Just finished this drawing today.
