I went over this in another thread. Top really improve, don't rely on mirrored images. Push yourself to draw both sides manually.
There is a shadow being cast but no hair highlight. Adding that will really sell the hair not being so flat. Here's a random example of various types. https://t.co/PBnHywZ4bJ
