Time for a new pinned tweet!
I'm Niv, very much a learning artist in whatever free time I have! I love bold colors, scenery, and evocative storytelling.

Originally a traditional artist, I'm taking more digital art on as well. Here are some of my more recent works!

OK I'm definitely getting things done lol. Finished two things, among which my first esk, Cinder, finally got a masterlist image facelift after me sitting on it for a month.

First proper illustration of 2020! This was super relaxing to paint, even if this paper isn't the most yielding for flowing paint.

My OC Mirabelle-- this is very personal lore-heavy, at some point I realized I have to explain heaps of lore to talk about her.

I never finished posting my esk event art. This was my favourite piece of the series, Cinder coming onto a canyon filled with spooky stone lanterns that weren't there before.

9) Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu / Eng title super long lol
A historical tale of a storytelling artform and its effects on the lives of protagonists of the story - the drama, the artistry, the feels!! This show feels like reading a novel. Also, Kikuhiko is top tier husband lol

4) Jinrui wa Suitai Shimashita/Humanity Has Declined (2012) - candy coloured dystopia where humanity is dying out and is being replaced by technologically advanced, but ultimately aimless and hedonistic fairies with permanent smiles and cynical outlooks. JUST LOOK AT THOSE FACES

1) Hourou Musukou/Wandering Son (2011) - a respectful, soft exploration of gender and LGBT identity struggles of children on the brink of puberty
