As an avid comic reader, this is why I’m not bothered when someone takes on the role when they don’t *”look the part.” I just see them as a new iteration.

Ngl it’s pretty sus when Spidey fans accept Ben Reilly, Kaine Parker, & Otto as Spider-Man but take issue with Miles.
